Weeks 17-19: A few photos

Lots happened over the last three weeks, and just as much will happen over the next three. There is an activity on the calendar for nearly every day in May. Then I think we get a bit of a break.

All the kids are getting so tall. I told them they'll be amazed how low the water is when they get in the pool this year!

I've been photographing trees to try to identify them. The area behind our house is filling up!

Charlotte slept (and snored) through most of the movie! The rest of us enjoyed it, though!

Week 16: Spring Break

We didn't anticipate having stuff to do every single day, but sometimes that's just how it works out. It was all good. Our travel log:
Saturday: on the road
Sunday: time with grandma and grandpa, fish tank shopping/scouting, family dinner and photos
Monday: went to the Arch
Tuesday: went to the Zoo
Wednesday: hiked in Elephant Rocks State Park, went to Dave & Busters for dinner, and attended a cousin's school program
Thursday: Frank and I shopped and ate lunch out, the kids made a gooey butter cake with grandpa
Friday: went to the Science Center (saw a cool gaming exhibit), Easter egg hunt with cousins, Pokemon Go walk with Angela
Saturday: on the road

Weeks 14 & 15: Spring in the air

The fifth graders held a "book tasting" event. We spent a few minutes at each table reading different paperbacks, then the students received a copy of their favorite.

The tree bloomed and I took lots of pictures of it. The kids wouldn't stand in front for a photo because there were too many bees!

I worked on a project to get school pics and artwork hung up in the hallway.

We have so many photos to share about our recent trip, when we made like tourists and went to all the places! We were having so much fun with all the grandmas, grandpa, aunts, uncles, and cousins that we didn't want to come home.
