Last weekend we decided to celebrate October, its foliage, and all its special days with an outing to Cooper's Rock State Forest. The photos showcase our viewing, climbing, and selfie-taking efforts, and it was really just a quick excursion on our way to the beloved Chili's. After all that we did a Target run for Disney and other fun themed apparel (Gabe showed off his Animal Crossing shirt on his birthday) and some Halloween costume items. We spent the week doing school at home/work from home, and the kids built a fort/theater in the basement from the Ikea loft boxes. Frank and I finished a few more small house projects, spent some time trying out a ladder in our staircase, and ended the week with anniversary takeout.
