| Everyone got to pick out suitcases for travel this year. They are very excited to have their own luggage. |

| We finally got around to making our first gluten-free bread recipe. It was pretty good, especially toasted, but Charlotte wasn't a fan. The loaf got really big and then collapsed a little while it was cooling. |

| I found Charlotte's writings in her bed one morning. Girl loves her rainbows and unicorns. |

| We also made gluten-free tortillas, which were pretty good if you ate them while warm. We enjoyed using our new tortilla press. |

| Saturday it was in the mid-70's here. We picnicked at a state park with friends. |
