Last week was really up and down. Charlotte did well at day care for the first time. We decided we'll use drop-in care a couple times a month to have a free day, either just me (like this time) or me and Frank doing something fun. She's been pretty sweet and super cute lately, and I'm sure she had fun with the other kids there.
Gabe, on the other hand, is still being a bit of a grump. Turns out the adjustment to kindergarten was not going as smoothly as we thought. We are having lots of family time and working on it.

The boys invented a new version of "rock paper scissors" that includes explosions, or something.

Gabe was wearing his super cool pre-K shirt. One of the moms made them, featuring the handwritten names of all the kids in his class.

Trouble is about the only game we can all agree on these days. Zach is usually up for any game, Gabe sometimes doesn't want to play at all, and Frank and I are just looking for the easiest/fastest with the least amount of arguing involved.
