February 2026

February was lighter on activities on paper, but I don't remember it feeling any less busy. Pictured: silly cats, Girl Scout babysitter/first aid training, Pinewood Derby, Valentine's date night, cat cafe, Girl Scouts World Thinking Day, Zach repotting plants, Gabe performing in All-County Band, and a trip to IKEA and Guitar Center.

 

January 2026

Ok, these photos show the month in reverse. If we back up a bit, we had a fun short trip to visit Abby and family and went to the gluten free restaurant, Posana. Girl Scout cookie season started, and then Zach's robotics competitions started. Lisa drove to our house just before a snow storm hit, and then there was a week of snow days leading up to the band trip to Universal Studios. We had a blast, even though the weather was cool and windy. We didn't see very much of the boys during the trip, except in passing at the hotel and at the parade. Zach loved Donkey Kong Country at Epic, and Gabe said his favorite ride was Velocicoaster. Charlotte loved both the Nintendo stuff and all the cute Toothless merch.
